Ladies Indoor Season off to flyer

Ladies 1's start Indoor League title defence in style.
Wanderers Ladies got off to a great start in defence of their Indoor League crown, coming out with three convincing wins. In the first game against Western Wildcats, the Wanderers Ladies were in full control from the start, taking a 7-0 lead by halftime, and finishing the job off nicely for a comfortable 13-0 victory at the end.
Next up came Inverleith and again Wanderers were dominant from the start racing into a 12-0 lead at halftime and completing a memorable 20-1 victory with goals being shared around . The younger players got plenty of pitch time gaining valuable experience for later in the indoor season and the upcoming Eurohockey Trophy.
In the final game of the day, Wanderers Ladies finished off the session with a 10-1 win against CALA Edinburgh.
During the day at DISC, parents and kids from the club cooked and sold food and drinks for players and supporters raising £300 for club funds ,and the club would like to say a massive thank you to all who gave up their free time for the benefit of Dundee Wanderers Hockey Club.
