Club Membership
Every year the club has to register each player with the Scottish Hockey Union (SHU). In order to do this we need an up to date record of everybody's personal details. If you wish to join the club or wish to extend your membership for 2019/2020 then please fill out the relevant form:
Membership Form Junior Membership
To qualify as a junior you must be U18 on 1st January 2020 and be at school or registered unemployed. Options for students are within the senior membership form. All students must have proof of their status, such as a valid matriculation card.
There is an annual subscription to pay as a member of the club. in the main, this fee covers registration with the SHU, personal accident cover whilst training and playing, membership to the clubhouse at Mayfield, entry fees to league and cup competitions and the costs of pitches for training and playing.

If you would like to pay by cheque then please make this payable to 'Dundee Wanderers Hockey Club' and ensure that there's a note of who's membership your paying before sending this to:

If it's easier for you to settle your subs by paying cash then please hand this over in an envelope with your name and the amount being paid to Club Secretary, at any training session or game.
All fees should be completed at the latest by 30th June 2020.

Please note - No requests for subscription discounts will be considered should a member decide not to participate in Indoor Hockey. This now applies equally to both men's and women's subscriptions.
