Bingo Night Fundraiser

As we have been unable to secure a sponsor for the Youth Section and we have not been able to get any bag packs to raise much needed funds to keep our cost for training as low as possible we have arranged a social function for all to hopefully support and attend. This will be the only fund raising activity we will be asking you to support this side of Xmas.
DWHC Youth Section have arranged to hold a BINGO NIGHT on Friday 2nd November 2012 at Maryfield Bowling Club 6 Madeira Street Dundee (off Pitkerro Road). To make this evening a successful fund raiser we need your support to
1 collect prizes for the evening - anything large or small for the Bingo games
2 collect prizes for a raffle to be held on the night but we hope to sell tickets on days leading up to the evening
3 your attendance on the night to hopefully have some fun and a great social evening
Tickets for the night will be on sale from now on and will cost £3.00 per person. Bingo books will be £5.00
Evening will start at 7.00pm with "eyes down" for the first game at 7.30pm. The premises are licensed up to 12.00pm and we have booked the premises until then. The premises are open to all age groups including those U18 as it is a private function. If you would like to secure tickets please either e-mail any of the people below or speak to any of the coaches at training on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
