Match Report | The second game of the season for the 3s saw a hard fought victory over the 4s. Callum Boag opened the scoring. Following some excellent work down the left by Mark Walker, who drew the keeper and squared the ball to Boag who had the easiest of tap-ins. The second goal came from a good combination of interplay by Ryan Nichol and Mark Kane down the right. Kane picked-up a one-two from Nichol and drove along the byline to find Kevin Donachie waiting at the near post for a lift over the diving keeper. The second half saw further attacking efforts by the 3s, with Boag adding to his tally and Walker getting his name on the scoresheet to complete the victory. The 4s had a number of chances however the final touch in the last quarter of the pitch was often wanting.
